At Holistasphere, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unopened, with seals intact, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is approved, we will send you a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We will work with you to evaluate the issue and resolve it promptly.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items are not eligible for return, including:
- Opened or partially used supplement gummies
- Damaged items caused by improper storage after delivery
Additionally, sale items and gift cards are not eligible for returns.

Exchanges
The quickest way to ensure you get the item you want is to return your existing item. Once the return is accepted, you can place a new order for the desired item.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. To qualify, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unopened, with seals intact, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return. If your refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
